Yesterday's journal page.  Spent the day making Plum Chutney, so decided to do a page showing the Pickling Factory working late into the night.   I now have 9 jars of Victoria Plum Chutney, and 9 of Apricot and tomato.  The Apricot and tomato is a made up recipe, I hope it works.
